Returns Policy

Follow the simple instructions below to make your return hassle-free.

Item purchased from MIAFASHIONS.COM are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping charge on receipt based on the original form of payment, within 14 days of purchase. Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged & with all original tags attached. 

PLEASE NOTE: When trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. If for some reason, you receive a damage, defective or incorrect item purchased, please follow the return process below.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN ON THE FOLLOWING:

RETURN PROCESS

For convenient return processing on returnable items, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we received your request, we will follow up with instructions for returning the item. If you wish to speak to a representative, please contact us.

EXCHANGE

Most of our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want for an exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore, if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place a new order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us. To return an item, please follow the RETURN PROCESS above. If you wish to speak to a representative, please contact us.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, Royal Mail Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Miafashions.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In an effort to give you the lowest price possible, we do not offer free return shipping service. You will responsible of shipping your return item back to us.

All returns will be issued with a return document. 

REFUND PROCESS

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 25 days of our receiving the returned order. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days). You are able to track your return shipment through My Account. If the return and refund do not appear in 'My Account' within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us.
